Abstract
ETHOLOGY I
INTERACTIVITY project is being developed as a collaborative (team worl, between artist and scientists) at ECTOPIA – Instituto Gulbenkian Ciência – Portugal and will focus on the notions of place, space, scale and how the context, such as “body”, addresses this concept. Actions and art projects need a context to happen. Context involves other concepts such as memory, time, interactivity and site which can potentially inform actions and art. Site specificity deals with all these presented concepts at the same time (Place, space, memory, time and scale).
It is considering different approaches to the relationships these independent concepts establish with one another, that the concept of Harmony may be addressed. It is being developed with the crossing of specific knowledge of areas as the art and science, (medicine, biology, biotechnology, electronics engineering and of programming Artificial Intelligence).
