TECHNARTE will compile a special publication of the papers accepted by the Technical Committee. This Technical Committee will evaluate the presented proposals that fulfill the following requirements:

1. They must include a summary of the presentation, the content and objectives of the presentation, and the relation with the subject of the Conference.
2. A short version of the Curriculum Vitae of the author or authors of the presentation must be sent. Recent photography must be included.
3. The contact data must be provided.
4. The presentations will be shown on the laptop provided by the organization
